Here's the plan. The wedding is the main event, but the days around it are made for slowing down and enjoying yourselves. Please be aware there is a 3 night minimum stay for wedding guests, but you can extend your trip for as long as you would like.

Friday, May 28 — Check In & Welcome Cocktails

Drinks, hugs, and a chance to meet everyone before the big day. Time and venue details to come.

Saturday, May 29 — Wedding Ceremony + Reception

The main event. Ceremony, dinner, and dancing — all on property. We'll share the full timeline closer to the date.

Sunday, May 30th — Wedding Day Celebrations

More time together at the resort. Lounge by the pool, recover at brunch, or join us for a final round of cocktails.

Monday, May 31st — Check Out

Book Through Conversance

Please book your trip through our travel agency, Conversance. Susan and Tracy will be handling accommodations for all of our guests, and they are wonderful. Virgel and I have worked with both of them for years, and they truly never disappoint.

Can I book directly through the website?

In order to efficiently track all guests, please book through Tracy or Susan directly. This will allow us to ensure we hit proper minimums.

Key Dates & Information:

By November 23, 2026: Must RSVP + Book Your Trip

30% of your total reservation is due at the time of booking via credit card

Valid passport must be used at time of booking (not expired or upcoming expiry within 6 months of the booking date).

By March 28, 2027: Your reservation must be paid for in full with no remaining balance. Payment links will be sent to you by Tracy or Susan.

Bonus: once you're set up with Tracy or Susan, you can book any future trip through them too. Booking details and a contact link will come along with your invitation.

The cost of your trip will be dependent on how many nights you choose to stay (3 min.), the room type, and the cost of flights at the time of booking.

Right now, the cost per person is between $1800-$2200. Keep in mind this is an all inclusive which includes the cost of your flight, transportation to/from the airport/resort, food and beverage, and your hotel room.

Our wedding is hosted across two resorts on the same property: Hotel Mousai and Garza Blanca.

Here's the most important thing to know:

Hotel Mousai is the adults-only, 5-diamond property. If you stay at Mousai, you get access to everything — Mousai, Garza Blanca, and Villa del Palmar restaurants, pools, and amenities.

Garza Blanca is family-friendly. If you stay at Garza Blanca, you have access to Garza Blanca and Villa del Palmar, but not Hotel Mousai.

So: if you want the run of the whole property, book Mousai. If you prefer a family-friendly vibe, Garza Blanca is the move.
