Here's the plan. The wedding is the main event, but the days around it are made for slowing down and enjoying yourselves. Please be aware there is a 3 night minimum stay for wedding guests, but you can extend your trip for as long as you would like.

Friday, May 28 — Check In & Welcome Cocktails

Drinks, hugs, and a chance to meet everyone before the big day. Time and venue details to come.

Saturday, May 29 — Wedding Ceremony + Reception

The main event. Ceremony, dinner, and dancing — all on property. We'll share the full timeline closer to the date.

Sunday, May 30th — Wedding Day Celebrations

More time together at the resort. Lounge by the pool, recover at brunch, or join us for a final round of cocktails.

Monday, May 31st — Check Out

Step 1: Choose Your Resort

We have two resort options, both located in Cancun:

Garza Blanca — Our family-friendly, all-inclusive resort. You must book here if any in your party are under 18 years old. All wedding events will take place on this property. This resort has several bars and restaurants as well as the spa.

Hotel Mousai — Our adults-only, all-inclusive resort. This resort features one restaurant and two bars; however, booking here also gives you access to all the amenities at the Garza Blanca resort.

Please note: A 30% nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your reservation at either resort. The remaining balance is due at check-in.

Stay dates: There is a 3-night minimum stay, but you are welcome to extend your stay for longer if you choose. You may book any dates between Wednesday, May 26, 2027 and Wednesday, June 2, 2027 at the special wedding event rate. As a reminder, the welcome party is Friday, May 28 and the wedding is Saturday, May 29.

Step 2: Book Your Flights

Fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN).

Tip: Fuel surcharges are currently driving airfare up — keep an eye on fuel prices and try to book as soon as they trend down. Consider using fare trackers like Google Flights, Hopper, or airline apps which allows you set price alerts for specific routes and dates, so you catch drops without manually checking. You might also consider using credit card points for your airfare purchase.

Step 3: Book Your Airport Transfers

All transfers to and from the resort are arranged through Amstar.

Tip: Have your flights finalized before reaching out to Amstar — they'll need your airline details to schedule your pickup. Don’t forget to mention you are with the Caval wedding to receive the discounted rate/

Important: Do not plan to use any other means of transportation (Uber, Lyft, taxi, etc.). It is not safe to travel throughout Mexico using these types of services. Amstar is a trusted and reliable transfer and excursion company.

30% of your total reservation is due at the time of booking via credit card

Valid passport must be used at time of booking (not expired or upcoming expiry within 6 months of the booking date).

The cost of your trip will be dependent on how many nights you choose to stay (3 min.), the room type, and the cost of flights at the time of booking.

Right now, the cost per person is between $1800-$2200. Keep in mind this is an all inclusive which includes the cost of your flight, transportation to/from the airport/resort, food and beverage, and your hotel room.

Our wedding is hosted across two resorts on the same property: Hotel Mousai and Garza Blanca.

Here's the most important thing to know:

Hotel Mousai is the adults-only, 5-diamond property. If you stay at Mousai, you get access to everything — Mousai, Garza Blanca, and Villa del Palmar restaurants, pools, and amenities.

Garza Blanca is family-friendly. If you stay at Garza Blanca, you have access to Garza Blanca and Villa del Palmar, but not Hotel Mousai.

So: if you want the run of the whole property, book Mousai. If you prefer a family-friendly vibe, Garza Blanca is the move.
