How do I book my all inclusive stay?
Book Through Conversance
Please book your trip through our travel agency, Conversance. Susan and Tracy will be handling accommodations for all of our guests, and they are wonderful. Virgel and I have worked with both of them for years, and they truly never disappoint.
Key Dates & Information
By November 23, 2026: Must RSVP + Book Your Trip
- 30% of your total reservation is due at the time of booking via credit card
- Valid passport must be used at time of booking
- By March 28, 2027: Your reservation must be paid for in full with no remaining balance
- Payment links will be sent to you by Tracy or Susan
Bonus: once you're set up with Tracy or Susan, you can book any future trip through them too. Booking details and a contact link will come along with your invitation.
What is included in the All Inclusive?
This is an all-inclusive resort, which means your package covers:
1. Your hotel stay
2. All food and beverages on property (a few top-shelf liquors and premium menu items carry an upcharge)
3. Daily resort activities (more on those below)
Flights
Conversance can book your flights for you. They'll find the best options based on price and arrival time, and you can give them your preferences (airline, seat, class). If you'd rather book your own flights, that's totally fine — just let them know.
Getting from the airport
You'll fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN). From there, ground transportation is handled by Amstar — you'll recognize them by their bright blue Hawaiian shirts with red flowers, right outside arrivals. Virgel and I have used them for years and they're our go-to.
If you'd like a private transfer instead of a shared shuttle, you can request that through Conversance for an additional cost. Ubers and taxis are not recommended here.
Where should I stay – Garza Blanca or Hotel Mousai?
Our wedding is hosted across two resorts on the same property: Hotel Mousai and Garza Blanca.
Here's the most important thing to know:
Hotel Mousai is the adults-only, 5-diamond property. If you stay at Mousai, you get access to everything — Mousai, Garza Blanca, and Villa del Palmar restaurants, pools, and amenities.
Garza Blanca is family-friendly. If you stay at Garza Blanca, you have access to Garza Blanca and Villa del Palmar, but not Hotel Mousai.
So: if you want the run of the whole property, book Mousai. If you're traveling with kids or prefer a family-friendly vibe, Garza Blanca is the move.
Concierge & Butler Service
Both Hotel Mousai and Garza Blanca offer concierge service to all guests. Use them generously — for restaurant reservations, spa bookings, off-property excursions, transportation, or honestly anything you can't figure out. They're amazing.
Attire for the wedding ceremony & reception is "all black" – what does that mean?
Wedding Day
Ladies: Cocktail (short or long) dresses in black. Please avoid designs with color or casual sundresses.
Gentlemen: All black, short bowler shirts or button down shirts.
What other rules does the resort have?
The restaurants enforce a smart-casual dress code in the evenings — you can be turned away if you show up underdressed.
Gentlemen: Pack collared shirts and long pants for dinners.
Virgel's tips: Black jeans are always easy, bowler shirts are great for mix-and-match, and loafers dress up just about anything.
Ladies: This is the moment for the fun, spunky dresses you've been waiting to wear.
Kami's tips: I use rental services like Nuuly to get fresh outfits for trips like this — no closet bloat, no breaking the bank.
Can I bring a plus one?
Your invitation will spell out exactly who's invited. If you have questions, just reach out to us directly.
Are kids welcome?
This is an adults-only wedding & reception. While we love your kids, we ask that you only book for the people listed on your invite.
Only select family members will be allowed to bring their children to the wedding & reception.
